By using jinryx.com or software published by jinryx, you agree to these terms.

1. The site

jinryx.com is operated by jinryx as a software studio. Content on the site may change as we add or update products. Do not misuse the site or attempt to access areas you are not authorized to use.

Merchant of Record (paid products)

Lemon Squeezy is the Merchant of Record for paid digital licenses sold through jinryx.com. Lemon Squeezy handles payment processing, applicable sales tax, billing support, and refund processing on those purchases.

Your payment card statement may show Lemon Squeezy (not jinryx). jinryx does not store payment card data. License keys are delivered electronically by Lemon Squeezy after checkout.

Purchases are also subject to Lemon Squeezy’s buyer terms.

2. Software licenses

Unless a product’s page states otherwise, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use our software on machines you control. Redistribution of paid features or license keys is not permitted.

Features available in free versus paid tiers are described on each product’s page (for example, CronTally).

3. Payments and refunds

Paid products are sold through Lemon Squeezy as Merchant of Record. Refund requests are handled under our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

4. Disclaimer

jinryx software and this website are provided “as is”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or fitness for a particular legal, tax, or business purpose. You are responsible for how you use our tools and for verifying records they help you produce.
