Refund & Cancellation Policy

Applies to paid digital licenses sold by jinryx through jinryx.com, including CronTally Pro and future paid products unless stated otherwise on the product page.

Merchant of Record

Lemon Squeezy is the Merchant of Record for paid licenses. Refunds and cancellations are processed through Lemon Squeezy on behalf of jinryx.

Contact [email protected] first with your order details. Approved refunds are issued via Lemon Squeezy. Timing depends on your payment method.

1. Digital delivery

License keys are delivered by email after purchase. Because fulfillment is electronic, sales are generally final once a license key has been issued.

2. 14-day refunds

If paid software does not work on your system after following the product’s install and activation steps, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase. Email [email protected] with your order email and a short description of the issue.

3. Processing

Approved refunds are issued through Lemon Squeezy as Merchant of Record. jinryx does not process card refunds directly.

4. One-time licenses

Unless a product page says otherwise, paid jinryx licenses are one-time purchases, not recurring subscriptions.
